Jenn brings over a decade of experience in archaeology and more than fifteen years in the construction and renovation industry, where she specializes in project management, renovation coordination, and guiding clients through the design and construction process from concept to completion. With experience managing complex excavation projects and coordinating with local First Nations, government agencies, and stakeholders, she brings strong communication, organization, and adeep understanding of Stewardship.

At Novawest, Jenn oversees project management, coordination, client communication, budgeting, scheduling, selections, and overall project flow, while also assisting clients with design direction, layouts, material selections, and creating spaces that are both functional and reflective of their lifestyle.

Jenn is also an active member of the New Westminster Minor Lacrosse Association and is deeply involved in her local community. In addition to previously serving years on the provicial crisis lines, she is now a volunteer trainer for 988 and BC crisis lines with the Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of BC, helping support and prepare new responders for this critical work.

Her personal style preferences lean toward Mid-Century Modern, Scandinavian, and Minimalist design, with an appreciation for clean lines, functionality, and timeless spaces.
